Announced Monday, the acquisition aims to strengthen Coretek's position in delivering comprehensive Microsoft-centric solutions across various industries. Total Solutions, known for its proficiency in AI and data implementations, will integrate into Coretek, bringing a team experienced in Power Platform and application modernization. The merger is expected to broaden Coretek's service offerings, including enterprise AI frameworks, data architecture, and managed security operations.
