Security specialists Websense and Network Engines team up with Microsoft to offer integrated solutions.

Websense Inc. and Network Engines Inc. announced a partnership with Microsoft Corp. in a worldwide program to provide demand generation, upgrade programs and channel enablement for Websense Web Security Suite and Microsoft Internet Security & Acceleration (ISA) Server software integrated with the Network Engines NS Series Security Appliances.

"Customers have asked us to provide a comprehensive solution to their growing Web security needs," said David Feldman, senior product manager of the Security, Access and Solutions Division at Microsoft. "We've come together to offer an innovative solution that builds on the combination of strengths from ISA Server and the NS Series appliance integrated with Websense Web Security Suite, which gives customers ease of use and the necessary components to better secure their organization's infrastructure."

Websense is a provider of Web security software and Microsoft Certified Partner.

Network Engines is a developer, manufacturer and distributor of storage and security appliances and Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with Competencies in Advanced Infrastructure Solutions, ISV/Software Solutions and Networking Infrastructure Solutions.
