As promised last week, Microsoft released no new security bulletins during its monthly "Patch Tuesday" event for March, but the company did push out two minor revisions of older security bulletins.
The revisions notify users of the availability of updates for Windows 98 and Windows Me in bulletins MS05-002 and MS05-015.
Microsoft also released the third edition of the monthly Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool. New this month is the ability to remove variants of Bagle, Bropia, Sober, Sobig, Goweh, Gaobot and MyDoom.
