Dynamics 365, and Microsoft's reorganization, has shattered the divide between Dynamics partners and the rest of the channel. As cloud services continue to dominate the market, the need for channel partners to sell and deliver on business value versus technical expertise will accelerate.
To stay relevant, resellers need to be able to deliver business functionality to their customers or risk losing them to competitors able to provide vertical expertise. Microsoft is working with a new Indirect Cloud Solution Provider, the Stratos Cloud Alliance, to enable partners interested in adding Dynamics 365 to their solution portfolio with a 30-day turnkey program.
