The study uncovered, by industry vertical and by company size, what IT concerns make companies invest in MSP services and which technical capabilities are most important. An example of the key findings from the study is that the number one Help Desk preference by company size ended up being 24/7 Support for companies of 150-250 employees whereas it was Proactive Monitoring & Issue Resolution for 250-500 employee companies.
