Amit Patney has 20 years of experience in Enterprise Software and Service Provider Solutions.
Amit's primary focus at Microsoft is to provide solution leadership and expertise to support his accounts strategic business initiatives. He is tasked with the acquisition and retention of professional services and legal firms in the North-East to communicate the power, flexibility, and ease-of-use of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Prior to joining Microsoft, he worked at various Fortune 500 organization like ServiceNow and CA Technologies (now Broadcom), advising organizations how to measure and ensure business service reliability. Amit worked with mega enterprises, helping them map the impact technology has on business outcomes. Over his 20 plus years in Technical Solution Sales, Amit developed his skills in presales, consulting and architecture across service operations management, service management, automation, application and infrastructure performance management solutions. Each of these roles has given him deep insights on how organizations need to better understand and optimize the customer experience.
Prior to moving to United States, Amit lived in New Delhi, India for 24 years. He graduated from Delhi University, majoring in Business Administration.
Brian Field, Senior Consultant \ Program Manager, Provance
Brian Field has over 32 years’ experience working in the information technology field, including 18 years of project management experience with software implementations and management related to ITSM and ITAM. Since joining Provance in 2004, Brian provides client consulting for activities such as process development and analysis, technical implementation and configuration, directed training and on-going services during the customer and product life cycle.
Chris Mahanes, Senior Power Apps Developer, Provance
Chris Mahanes is the Senior Power Apps Developer at Provance and he prides himself on his ability to develop Power App ITSM solutions that improve operations and provide better IT support for our customers.
