ISA Server 2004 Enterprise Edition Generally Available

Internet Security & Acceleration Server 2004 Enterprise Edition reached general availability on Tuesday. The product was released to manufacturing in mid-February.

Microsoft also released a service pack for the eight-month-old Standard Edition of ISA Server 2004. The service pack incorporates reliability and stability improvements Microsoft made while working on the Enterprise Edition. The download is available at www.microsoft.com/isaserver.

ISA Server 2004 is Microsoft's second-generation enterprise firewall, VPN and Web caching server.
