BMC Guarantees On-Time Implementation

BMC Software Inc. unveiled a guarantee for on-time implementation of systems management software. BMC's Professional Services will offer the guaranteed implementation through its SureStart program.
SureStart provides training, knowledge transfer, implementation services, and transition processes. Features of the guarantee include fixed cost implementation based on customer environment; mutually agreed time frame for implementation; 20 percent rebate of professional services fees if time frame is not met; and consultant remains on site until implementation is complete.
BMC's Patrol product line is the first to be covered by the guarantee. The guarantee complements BMC's OnSite, a certification program combining methodology, products, and services that help to ensure that business-critical applications will be optimal around the clock. Patrol is a foundation element of OnSite.
