The only constant is change. Nowhere is this more true than in the Microsoft Partner EcoSystem. New programs, new processes, new promotions, and new problems. New Big Bets. If you begin to feel like you’re expected to be in a constant state of transformation, you’re right. 2024 will be no different than the last 48 years have been. Microsoft has introduced and will introduce more changes, and more will change in the world Microsoft Partners live in.

Your best strategy is to be prepared. Plan out your responses and initiatives as best you can leaving plenty of room for flex. In this session, Senior Resultant and Ancient Microsoft Mariner Howard M. Cohen will discuss some of the changes we can expect, and some strategic steps you should consider to better prepare you for the future.
