MSPs: Supercharge Your Backup-as-a-Service Offering for Maximum Reliability and Profitability
NOW ON DEMAND!
For many new and existing MSPs alike, a Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS) practice makes a lot of sense. Backup is often considered to be a cornerstone of IT service offerings as it’s one of those services that customers just expect is there and working at all times. If BaaS isn’t part of an MSPs core offerings, it is also commonly used as either a value-add for existing services, or it’s used as a conversation starter on the hunt for additional work. Whatever the case, BaaS is something that every MSP can use for additional revenue.
BaaS is one of those things that follows the “easy to learn, difficult to master” mindset. It looks simple from the outset, and it’s not difficult to get some backups started, but doing BaaS in a way that is easy to manage, onboard, and bill, can be difficult. Additionally, very stringent SLAs and expectations need to be set, and if they aren’t, it can lead to very diluted profitability and something of a headache.
Looking for ways to avoid those headaches? We’ve got just the webinar for you! Join Andy Syrewicze, Technical Evangelist for Altaro Software, and Microsoft MVP for a session that will show you ways to make your BaaS practice as streamlined and profitable as possible. Andy will talk about:
You owe it to yourself to make your BaaS practice work for you, and not the other way around.
