Not only that, but apparently an Australian lawyer believes that Microsoft will be able to cut right through the red tape in GPLv3, the latest version of the license governing Linux use and the one that was supposed to put the kibosh on Redmond's patent high jinx, and pretty much do whatever it wants with its Linux deals.
Oh, and IIS is carving into Apache's market share, as well. Just call Microsoft the Ginsu knife of the software industry.
