SSH Introduces SSH Secure Shell for Windows Servers

SSH Communications Security (SSH) today announced SSH Secure
Shell for Windows Servers. The new product, based on SSH’s Secure Shell version
2, provides secure terminal connections and file transfers for organizations
using servers based on Windows NT and 2000.
Secure Shell encrypts all passwords and data transmitted
over the Internet, protecting users and servers against hackers stealing
passwords. Secure Shell for Windows Servers provides industry standard
encryption, including 3DES, Twofish, Blowfish, Arcfour, and CAST128, and hash
algorithms MD5 and SHA1. Other features include unrestricted number of
concurrent connections; full configuration of encryption and hash algorithms;
advanced host and user-based control for setting access limitations; Windows NT
event log support for troubleshooting; and remote editing of server
configuration file.
