Procom Unveils High Capacity NAS Appliance

Procom Technology Inc. announced the latest version of its NetForce 1500, a NAS device incorporating 73-GB drives, more than doubling its capacity to 730 GB.

NetForce 1500 delivers up to 730 GB of storage space at a price of less than 10 cents per megabyte. Additionally, NetForce 1500 delivers high-performance network file services at speeds outpacing similar capacity Unix and Windows NT servers by up to 20 percent, lowering the total cost of ownership (TCO).
