Ecora.com Announces Documentor Solution for MS Exchange

Ecora.com, an IT knowledge management company, today announced the launch of the ecora.com Documentor, software that can remotely analyze and automatically document a company's Microsoft Exchange network. The Documentor allows companies to generate and preserve technical knowledge of how their Exchange network functions.
Using constraint-based technology, the Web-based Documentor automatically generates documentation for Exchange networks. The documentation explains how the Exchange network is deployed and how it functions, capturing server configuration settings and their values and explaining what these values mean and why they are configured as they are.
Until now, this type of documentation and analysis could only be performed manually by an experienced network administrator or Microsoft Exchange consultant. Manual documentation could take anywhere from a week to several months, but the Documentor can automatically generate documentation within a few minutes to a few hours.
