Template Announces Integration Solution for E-Business

Template Software Inc. today announced the release of its customer-centric, enterprise-scale integration solution for e-business. The solution is delivered through Template's integration products Enterprise Integration Template (EIT), and the recently announced Business Process Template (BPT).
Template's new e-business solution uses Template's EIT, an integration server that connects to operational business applications and databases and uses declarative rules to build cross-functional representations of business information. These resources are represented through an active enterprise model that delivers complex information in industry-standard forms that can be readily used by e-commerce, Web self-service and other types of customer-focused Internet applications. The new solution allows new e-business applications to be built in many Internet application technologies.
Customers may choose to use Template's BPT to automate business processes through visual process modeling capabilities that directly leverage the object server capabilities of EIT. Business process step implementation components can be prebuilt and stored in EIT. Creation or refinement of business processes then becomes just a visual mapping process.
